1. You may return any eligible products within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Return eligibility is shown on the product page under shipping information. Returns MUST be in original packaging.

 

2. If your item is returnable, please ensure it reaches us within 14 days. We will not accept returns after 14 days.

 

3. Our team must first receive and approve your returns request.

 

4. We cannot accept returns on products that are not in their original packaging.

 

5. Refunds* or Credits will be given after we receive the products. *It is solely based on Decodo operational team to decide to return as credit or cash.

 

6. We will do our best to process all returns as soon as we can.

 

7. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, do email us a photo of the defect(s) within 48 hours and we will get back to you.

 

8. If you believe that you have received an item by mistake, please email us and we will resolve your issue for you as soon as possible.

 

9. Do look out for returns or refund policies before your purchase. Any returns of refunds are subjected to the discretion of Decodo.
